Location Changes: Cloud VPS Services
ColoCrossing allows location changes on Cloud VPS plans purchased at standard pricing from our website, subject to availability and stock at the requested destination.
Eligibility
Your VPS qualifies for a location change if:
- It was purchased at standard pricing directly from colocrossing.com
- Your requested destination has available stock
- Your account is in good standing
What Is Not Eligible
Location changes are not available for:
- Special order VPS plans
- Custom-quoted configurations
- Promotional or non-standard pricing plans
How It Works
- Submit a support ticket requesting a location change
- Our team will check availability at your requested destination
- If stock is available, we will schedule the migration
- You will receive confirmation once the move is complete
Important Notes
- Location changes are not guaranteed and depend entirely on stock at the destination
- Downtime is expected during the migration process
- Your IP addresses will change when your server moves to a new location
- Data is migrated as-is. Back up your data before requesting a change.
