Refund Policy: Cloud VPS Services
ColoCrossing does not offer refunds for Cloud VPS services.
When you order a Cloud VPS, your server is provisioned immediately and resources are allocated to your account right away. This includes dedicated compute, memory, storage, and network capacity reserved exclusively for you.
Because these resources are consumed the moment your service activates, we are unable to recover or reallocate them in a way that allows for a refund. The cost of provisioning is incurred at the time of order, not over time.
This policy applies to:
- Monthly and annual billing cycles
- Partial-month usage
- Unused time remaining on a billing period
- Upgrades or plan changes
